Dunk Tip 4/5 Overview of my current diet and my best tips. I like intermittent fasting as it keeps my gut biome healthy and my energy is super consistent. I fuel up the night before a big workout with chicken quinoa and avocado (the usual) in the mornings, I just have black coffee before my workout. I avoid simple carbs, processed foods and sugar and that’s 95% of the healthy eating right there! Get your body right and maximize your potential! LETS GOOOO!!

    I never really take a load of notice towards my diet, I naturally gravitate towards healthy foods and I'm only 17 and my metabolism is so fast I can't gain weight by eating at all. I try to get a good amount of protein, always have 3 meals a day and whatever

    Yeeeeah boi shoutout the intermittent fasting gang. Do you cycle in and out of it? Been doing it for a month straight (on a weight loss mission) but lately just let myself have a few days of regular eating due to my work times and what not so I thought i'd ask the expert over here!
